Women's Monthly Bible Study

3rd Wednesday of each month throughout the school year

Beginning Wednesday, September 21, 2011 the study will be “Confessing the Beatitudes.”  Join us as we contemplate historical aspects of these verses, as well as collectively attempt to apply the teachings in our own lives. 

Morning sessions will meet at Barbara Varenhorst’s home at 350 Grove Drive in Portola Valley.  We gather for food and fellowship at 9:00 am.  Study is from 9:30 to 11:00 am.

Duplicate evening sessions meet the same Wednesday at VPC in Mark’s office.  We meet at 5:00 pm.  Study is from 5:15 to 6:45.

Rise and Shine Bible Study
"Rise and Shine" is a small group Bible Study led by the pastor in the Fireside Room at Church on Tuesday mornings.  We gather year-round (except during the month of August) at 7:00 a.m. for a casual breakfast with social time and hymns followed by Bible study from 7:30 to 8:15 am.  Participants take turns bringing breakfast refreshments, and coffee is provided.  The study covers the scripture that will be used for the following Sunday's worship service.  Each study stands alone, so come join us at any time.  You are always welcome!  For more information please contact Cathy Paniagua at the Church office.

Bible Study at the Sequoias

Every Wednesday morning during the school year from 11 am to noon, a small group meets for Bible study in Parlor 3 of the Sequoias in Portola Valley.  Led by the pastor, the study covers the scripture that will be used for the following Sunday's worship service.  Each study stands alone, so come join us at any time.  Check the church calendar to confirm, especially during the holiday times.
