• Casual comfortable clothing and shoes
• A jacket or sweater
• Your Bible
• Snacks/drinks/vintages to share – there will be time at the hotel AND we are able to use the kitchen in Josephine House and have snacks and drinks during our meeting times. We will not be allowed to have alcoholic beverages in the main house this year, but can keep them in Josephine House (our meeting area).
• Swim suit for hot tub, if you’d like
• An open heart, adventurous spirit, and a flexible attitude.

Welcome, Mixers, Introduction to the weekend

SATURDAY

Breakfast at the hotel

9:00 am – Carpool to Villa Maria

9:15 am – Gather and Welcome from Villa Maria

9:45 am - Morning Program with Pastor Carmen

12:00 pm – Lunch at Villa Maria

1:45 pm - Afternoon Program – Villa Maria

3:00 pm – Free Time

5:30 pm – Dinner at Villa Maria

6:45 pm – Evening Activities at Josephine House and/or hotel

9:00 pm – Back to hotel

SUNDAY

Breakfast at the hotel – check out of hotel

10:00 am - Carpool to Villa Maria

10:15 am – Gather - Josephine House

10:45 am - Program wrap up & worship - Chapel

12:00 pm - Lunch at Villa Maria – evaluation time, hugs & good-byes

1:15 pm - Clean up Josephine House and pack up

2:00 pm - Our tIme at Villa Maria ends until next year...
